The Basic Line comes in 2 versions: 40 cm with 12 watts and 60 cm with 18 watts. With 1800 lumens (18W) or 1200 lumens (12W) in the Basic version, the Light Strips provide ideal illumination for your terrarium and simulate natural light with a light color of 6000K. With a beam angle of 120°, the "Basic" LED Strip provides an even and particularly wide light distribution and offers the animals optimum lighting conditions.
You can easily mount the Light Strips on the ceiling of your terrarium using the bracket supplied, or simply place them on top of standard glass terrariums.
Maximum flexibility - Multiple Strips can be connected in series using the optional connectors, from the gapless connector to the 1m connecting cable. This makes it easy to install the LED Strips in larger terrariums, terrarium towers, and racks. All with a single feed cable for effective cable management.
Optimum compatibility - customize your lighting installation according to your needs. The Basic and PRO versions are compatible with each other and therefore offer maximum flexibility. To avoid unnecessary cable clutter, the Basic version can be connected in series up to a maximum of 250W, which means that the 12W version, for example, can be plugged in 20 times in a row with just one supply cable.
Splash water protection - The IP65 splash water protection makes the Light Strips perfect for tropical terrariums.
Energy-efficient - With 100 lumens per watt, the Light Strips have a good light output and can be operated in an energy-saving manner.
Low heat generation - Due to the low heat generation, the Light Strips are very suitable for many amphibians and highland species with low heat requirements.
Suitable for birds - Thanks to the flicker-free LEDs, the Light Strips are also ideal for keeping birds and always provide your feathered friends with the ideal light.
