Spot lamps are excellent for providing hot spots insde a vivarium where the animals can bask. Please consider that halogen and incandesecent light bulbs cannot produce UVB and only little UVA for technical reasons. Additional UV lamps are therefore necessary. Lucky Reptile solely employs halogen technology, which is more efficient than normal incandescent lamps and produces more light and heat at lower wattages. This helps to save a lot of energy and preserves the environment.
